I

f all aspects of your life are on track — physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual, as well as your career and relationships – but your financial health is amiss, it can make life difficult. Financial problems can eat away at your happiness and success in other areas of your life. So it is very important that you are financially healthy.

If you’re struggling financially, this is not new news. You’re aware of the pressure that comes from an imbalanced financial picture, and you don’t need a fancy model to tell you that.

However, Personal Semiotics can help you to see where things have gone astray. And the model can help illuminate your road to recovery.

If you’re in a good place financially, Personal Semiotics can help you stay there and continue to improve. The model enables you to more clearly define your financial goals and evaluate your investment decisions. It becomes harder to go off course when you have your own personal GPS marking the way.

Your map may be different from that of your coworkers or friends. It will be determined by your goals, need for security, tolerance for risk and perhaps even your age.

Please keep in mind, however, that I am not a financial expert. You may not be one either. So what I’m about to share should not be considered to be professional investing advice. Rather, it is a tool to help you determine whether your current financial situation and investments are on track relative to the ideals you set for yourself.
